Mom n' Pop is a love letter to the neighborhood video stores that shaped an entire generation of movie fans. Through stories from filmmakers, video store owners, employees, distributors, and collectors, the documentary celebrates the rise, legacy, and lasting impact of the independent video store era that so many of us grew up with.
With today's release, all three of the "Astronomic Origins" are now available to stream completely FREE on our YouTube channel. These three early productions, Grandma, Intinction, and Mom n' Pop, represent the foundation that Astronomic Studios was built on. We learned something from every one of them, and without them, we wouldn't be where we are today.
